Shipping Policy
1.Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Orders placed after 2 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.

Expedited Shipping (Fast Track)

Total delivery time: 6–10 business days (includes 1–3 days processing + 5–7 days shipping)
Availability: Only shown at checkout if the product qualifies. Not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4.Shipping Costs
Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Expedited shipping: Flat rate of $16.99 where available.
Free shipping promotions: If offered, will be clearly displayed on the website.
5.Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.
You can track your package using the carrier’s website or our order tracking page.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
6.Incorrect or Incomplete Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be charged for re-shipping costs.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If still missing, contact us within 15 days of the delivery date.
Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.
Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend using a secure shipping address or a package locker service.
8. Delivery Exceptions (Holidays, Weather, etc.)
Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Chinese New Year), please allow extra delivery time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, customs clearance, or other force majeure events.
9. Time Limit for Shipping Issues
You must contact Customer Support regarding any shipping issue within 60 days after your order was placed. After 60 days, we may not be able to resolve the issue or provide a refund/replacement.
