Return Policy
  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (customized products are excluded).
  • Custom-made orders cannot be canceled or refunded under normal circumstances. If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact our customer service within 2 hours of placing the order for assistance.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all included accessories and documents intact. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the buyer being responsible for all related fees, and no refund will be issued.
  • The buyer shall bear all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
Items that do not comply with the above terms will not be processed for return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
  • After submitting an online return request, you must email us clear photos showing the product defect or issue to support your return claim.
Fast Refund Service
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

All return packages must be authorized by our customer service team first. Any return sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. All exchange requests will be handled as return-and-refund transactions. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please submit a support ticket through the “Contact Us” page on our website. We cannot accept cancellation requests once the order has been shipped.
Shipping & Liability Notes
Full shipping tracking information is available via the shipping confirmation email sent to you once your order is dispatched. For items lost in transit, we will arrange a free reshipment. We are not liable for theft or loss of items that are tracked as successfully delivered, but we will provide assistance in locating the package—please contact us immediately for support.
